Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern Munich have been alerted to the availability of Christian Pulisic.
The Chelsea winger was left out of his side's 2-0 win over Everton on Monday.
Thomas Tuchel admitted after the game that it was 'unfair' to omit Pulisic from his match-day squad.
Tuchel might have given Pulisic his breakthrough at Borussia Dortmund, but the American has yet to start a Premier League game under the German.
And the Daily Mail reports that Pulisic is already considering an exit from Stamford Bridge this summer.
The 22-year-old spent over nine months convincing former Frank Lampard of his worth as a regular first-team member.
And it is unclear the £58m signing wants to go through the same process with Tuchel.
United and Liverpool are monitoring the situation, as are Bayern, who want to tempt Pulisic back to Bundesliga.
