Liverpool are eyeing CSKA Moscow striker Fedor Chalov.

The Mirror says they've joined the battle for the £20m-rated forward.

Premier League big-hitters Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham and Manchester United for company, with the CSKA Moscow striker on the radar of many of Europe's top clubs.

Chalov, who has been at CSKA since he was eight, finished last season as the Russian Premier League's top scorer on 15 goals – two ahead of Zenit St Petersburg's Sardar Azmoun.

He also weighed in with seven assists to enhance his growing reputation as an attacker who can score and make goals with his eye for a pass, smart decoy runs and awareness of space.

Chalov signed an improved deal in January that runs until June 2022 – but the talented striker is already a hot-property with clubs circling.
