Liverpool announce series of friendlies during Austria preseason camp

Liverpool have announced a series of friendlies during their time in Austria.

Jurgen Klopp's side began their preparations for the 2021/22 season with a training session in Salzburg on Monday afternoon.

The 34-man squad will travel across Austria, playing fixtures against FC Wacker Innsbruck, VfB Stuttgart, FSV Mainz and Hertha BSC, later this month.

Liverpool will face FC Wacker Innsbruck VfB Stuttgart first - playing thirty-minute mini-games behind closed doors on July 20.

They will then head to Greisbergers Betten-Arena, Grodig, on July 23 to face FSV Mainz in front of 3,500 fans.

The Reds will then play their final fixture against Hertha BSC in the 15,000 seater Tivoli Stadium on July 29.
