Liverpool and Manchester United will go head-to-head for Sporting CP midfielder Bruno Fernandes.

A Bola says Liverpool remain in the hunt for Fernandes ahead of the summer market.

The Sporting playmaker has scored an incredible 23 goals so far this season, and has 13 assists to his name too with his form not going unnoticed by Europe's biggest teams.

And Liverpool are set to rival Manchester United for his signature, claiming Sporting's current financial situation will force them into selling.

Sporting will seek at least €50m for Fernandes.
