Liverpool alerted as Rabiot suspended by PSG - thanks to Evra

Liverpool are watching Adrien Rabiot's situation at PSG.

The Mirror says Rabiot has long been linked with a move away - including to Liverpool - and that possibility looks to be growing ever-closer after he was suspended for liking a social media video posted by Patrice Evra.

Evra posted the video of himself celebrating following Manchester United's extraordinary 3-1 win at the Parc des Prances in their last-16 Champions League tie last month after Marcus Rashford scored a last minute penalty.

In the video, Evra said: “Here it is Manchester. Stop supporting teams who will never win. Paris, you are some f*****s! Some f*****s".

Rabiot liked the video, but now finds himself suspended for six days by the Ligue 1 club after they sent a letter to him explaining the reasons for their decision.

The letter read: "You are obliged to fulfil your duty of loyalty. Damaging the cohesion and serenity of the team is not acceptable."
