Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah says he's good friends with teammate Roberto Firmino despite the Brazilian's poor English.

The Egypt forward has now opened up on the understanding he has with the Brazil international.

"He sits next to me in the game, dressing room. He doesn't talk English much to the players. But we talk together maybe everyday," he told ESPN.

“In the game I think we played together for one year. He gave me, I think, the most assists of the team and I gave him the same. We play close to each other, we know how to play.

"I think when football players play with each other they know how to play. It doesn't matter about the language, it doesn't matter how to talk to each other. But we know each other, we expect the movement from each other."
