Liverpool ace Salah becomes Egpyt's second highest goalscorer

Mohamed Salah has become Egpyt's second all-time goalscorer after netting a brace against Comoros in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Both sides had already qualified for the final tournament to be held in Cameroon next year.

But that didn't stop Salah and Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny from putting a show.

The latter opened the scoring with a fantastic dipping strike from the edge of the box.

Mohamed Sherif made it 2-0 for the Pharaohs before Salah made his mark.

The Reds star scored in the 21st and 25th minutes to make it 4-0 before half-time.

Salah now has 45 goals in 69 appearances for his country, overtaking Hassan El-Shazly's longstanding record of 43 goals.
