Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard hailed the manner of Anthony Martial's goal for victory at Cardiff City.
Lingard's two second-half strikes added an impressive gloss to the scoreline, but arguably the pick of United's goals came in the minutes leading up to half-time, when our no.14 made the final pass in the build-up to Martial's goal - United's third - after some slick combination play involving Martial and Paul Pogba.
“When we play close, we play one and two-touch, it's enjoyable football," confessed Lingard.
“You saw Anthony's goal, it was a great goal, great link-up play, and we did that throughout the game.
"Personally, I think it was the best goal. Everyone was involved, from the back players to the front, and it was finished off in style.“
