Liam Moore delighted with new Leicester deal

Liam Moore is happy with his new deal at Leicester City.

The England U21 defender has penned a three-year Foxes contract in the past week.

"It feels absolutely brilliant to sign my contract," said Moore to the Leicester Mercury. "It's great to get it done and commit my future to this great club.

"To sign a long-term contract with a club that's heading into the Premier League is massive and it shows how much confidence the manager has in me.

"This is my home-town club and I made it clear that I wanted to stay at Leicester City from the word go.

"I've been here since I was eight. In fact, the other day my mum pulled out the first contract I ever signed for Leicester back in June 2000.

"So to sign a new one that will take me to 17 years as a Leicester City player is a dream come true."
