Levante and Rayo Vallecano played out a 1-1 draw at the Ciutat de Valencia on Saturday.

Levante were hoping to get something from this game, following a previous defeat to Real Sociedad. Rayo, on the other hand, were coming off the back of a 4-0 win against Granada.

Levante started strongly in the first half, with a goal from Roger Marti at the 39 minute mark, ending the first half 1-0.

Rayo took the initiative in the second half, thanks to Sergi Guardiola finding the net just before the final whistle and seeing the game end 1-1.

After today's result, Levante are in 12th place, with 2 points from 4 matches, while Rayo sit in 10th, with 3 points from 4.
