Parma director Pietro Leonardi admits they're in talks with Inter Milan for Antonio Cassano.
The talks are on-going for Cassano and Matias Silvestre to join Parma on loan with an option to buy, plus 10m in exchange for Ishak Belfodil.
"We are fairly confident, but have to put together all the different components," Leonardi told Mediaset Premium.
"Everyone wants to conclude the negotiations positively. We are in no rush, but hope it succeeds because we want to give Cassano to the city, a great gift for the club's centenary.
"I consider Cassano to be an absolute talent and always wanted to work with him. I don't think age is relevant. Just ask Udinese whether they think Antonio Di Natale is too old."
