Leicester City will make no new signings before the transfer deadline.
Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett has suggested that the Foxes will not add any further names to their ranks meaning they are set to miss out on Chelsea's Loic Remy.
Dorsett said: "Leicester will be bringing no new players in. That Loic Remy deal we talked about is not going to happen.
"A loan deal was mooted for Remy, but the crucial factor was, they had to wait until quite late in the day because Chelsea wanted to know what was happening with Falcao before allowing Remy to go.
"In the end they decided not to let Remy go, and left Leicester with little time to do anything else."
Claudio Ranieri's Leicester, who currently sit on top of the Premier League table, have signed Demarai Gray from Birmingham City and Daniel Amartey from FC Copenhagen this winter.
The Foxes were desperate to bring in a new striker to assist leading scorer Jamie Vardy but it appears as though they have shut up shop for the winter transfer window.
