Leicester City are demanding world record money for Manchester United target Harry Maguire.

The Daily Star says Maguire, 26, is United's priority signing with reports that they are ready to offer £65m to Leicester.

But that's wide of the mark – United officially bid £75m last summer after the World Cup where Maguire was highly impressive.

That move was immediately rejected by Leicester who have told United they would have to offer at least a world-record £80m fee for a defender.

And United might have to go as high as £90m to finally tempt the Foxes to part with their man.
