Leicester City will only consider crazy offers for James Maddison this summer.
The Leicester Mercury says the Foxes would need to receive a huge bid for Maddison – as well as an admission that he sees his future elsewhere – in order to consider a sale.
The England international has emerged as a surprise transfer target for Arsenal and Chelsea in recent days.
But the prospect of a deal is unlikely. Maddison has three years left on his contract at the King Power Stadium, leaving City in a position to demand a huge fee for their number 10.
That the 24-year-old is a homegrown player, and has proven he can rack up good numbers of goals and assists at Premier League level, also adds to a potential price tag, which would have to be close to the £80m figure Manchester United stumped up for Harry Maguire.
