Leicester trio plead with Arsenal target Vardy to stay

Jamie Vardy has been begged by a trio of Leicester City teammates to not leave the club.

The Sun reports that Foxes captain Wes Morgan, goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel and defender Robert Huth have pleaded with the striker to avoid joining Arsenal this summer.

The 29-year-old England international is the subject of a £20million release clause offer from the Gunners, and is believed to pondering a £120,000-a-week contract.

However, Morgan, Schmeichel and Huth are three players in particular how do not want to see the back of the 24-goal premiership hero and have appealed for the former non-league star to remain at the King Power Stadium.
