Leicester taking positives from Man City showing - Schwarzer

Leicester City goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer believes the team's latest performance can give them confidence for the final 10 fixtures of the season.

The Foxes performed admirably in their eventual 2-0 loss to reigning Premier League champions Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium last Wednesday which has given Australian veteran Schwarzer some renewed hope.

"It's tough when you're at the bottom fighting for your lives," the former Fulham and Chelsea gloveman told the club's official website.

"The positives are that you come away from the Etihad with a good performance and one that you can build on.

"Now we have to start making sure that we turn good performances into results.

"We're aware of the upcoming games, and we're aware that they're big games. Every game we have to go into it with the belief that we can win it and the expectation that we can win it."

The bottom-placed Foxes next take on 15th-placed Hull City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
