Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy says he will be fit to return for the clash with Aston Villa on Monday night.

The talismanic striker has missed the last two Foxes games, but told Sky Sports he is now over a minor calf problem.

When asked if he was available for the game at the King Power Stadium, he said: "Yeah, yeah.

"It's always frustrating being injured. The main thing is it's not been a major injury. It's been a slight niggle.

"On another day you could play on it. Is it worth risking it? No, it's better to be out of the equation completely."
