Leicester City are not giving up on concluding a deal for Juventus defender Merih Demiral.

The Italian giants do not want to sell the young centre-back, who is an international teammate of Caglar Soyuncu.

But The Mirror suggests that Leicester are not taking no for an answer.

Two offers were knocked back for the 21-year-old, but they will try again this month.

Leicester went up to £34 million, and could go higher.

They would use the money they got for Harry Maguire from Manchester United in the summer, as they did not sign a replacement in that window.
