Leicester City will have to break the bank if they want to sign Youri Tielemans permanently.

The Monaco star is there until the end of the season in a loan swap involving Adrien Silva.

But the highly rated defensive midfielder will cost £40 million if they want to make the transfer permanent, according to Leicestershire Live.

And given his impressive performances, other clubs may come in for the player as well.

Tottenham are one of the teams interested, as they have a need to sign a top midfielder in the summer.

Leicester could raise funds for Tielemans by selling Silva, who has failed to impress since his move from Sporting CP last year.
