Leicester move top of Europa League group with impressive win over Legia Warsaw

Leicester City are in pole position to reach the Europa League last-16 after beating Legia Warsaw at the King Power Stadium on Thursday.

Patson Daka and James Maddison put Leicester up 2-0 after 21 minutes.

Legia responded five minutes through with a goal from Filip Mladenovic.

Wilfred Ndidi restored the two-goal advantage with a header from a corner.

Kasper Schmeichel then saved Mahir Emreli's penalty to keep the scores at 3-1.

Brendan Rodgers' side are now top of Group C after Napoli's shock loss to Spartak Moscow.
