Leicester City midfielder James Maddison is confident England can bounce back after their opening game loss to France in the U21 Euros.
The Young Lions must beat Romania to keep alive their hopes of making it through to the knockout stages.
And Maddison is upbeat about his team's chances.
He told Sky Sports: "I was just speaking to Gareth Southgate and I said 'Be upset, be sad…'
"If you came in the changing room last night, you'd have got the feeling that it's over, it's done. But if you think about it, we've still got two games to play, and six points might still top the group.
"France might drop points against Romania or Croatia because that's the way tournament football goes."
