Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers says Chris Wilder might have reached his 'ceiling' with Sheffield United.
Wilder ended his almost five year stint in charge of his hometown Blades, who he took from League One to the Premier League in the space three seasons.
The Yorkshire outfit lost their first game without Wilder on Sunday, a shocking 5-0 defeat to Leicester.
Speaking about Wilder after the game, Rodgers said: "Chris has done an amazing job there and his ambition to go forward with the football club, his ambition to take it forward, that probably hit a ceiling."
