Leicester City loanee Filip Benkovic could have suffered a season ending injury.

The 21-year-old centre-back has been impressing in Scotland with Celtic this season.

But it appears he has suffered a leg injury in a 3-0 win over Hamilton this past weekend.

Per the Scottish Sun, the injury is serious enough that it could keep Benkovic out until the summer.

More tests will be run, with Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers expected to speak about Benkovic at his next press conference.
