Leicester City are being linked with a shock move for released Bayern Munich veteran Arjen Robben.

The Foxes have been installed as favourites to sign Robben on a free transfer following a flurry of bets placed with bookmakers.

Robben will leave Bayern upon the expiry of his contract this summer and his final appearance could come in the German Cup final this weekend against RB Leipzig.

Leicester are 2/1 favourites with oddschecker to be his next destination, ahead of his former club in Holland, PSV Eindhoven.

Robben has stated: "It is not an easy decision to make. If you decide that you are going to keep playing, you have to find a place where everything is just right, not just in terms of football but also for my family."
