Leicester City have made a new bid for Watford striker Troy Deeney.
The Express & Star says the Foxes have reportedly offered £20 million for the Watford striker, who is also wanted by West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis.
Watford have turned down Leicester's opening bid but the 2015/16 champions are expected to go back in for the 29-year-old after making him their next transfer priority.
Walsall sold Deeney to the Hornets for £500,000 in 2010 in a deal that also entitles them to 20 per cent of any profit.
That means a deal in excess of £20m for the front man could earn the Saddlers more than £4m.
Deeney has a £25m release clause in his contract but Watford are adamant that – because of Walsall's sell-on fee – this is, in essence, a £30m release clause.
