Stoke central defender Harry Souttar is being linked with a move to Leicester City.

The Premier League club are willing to pay up to £15 million to secure his signature, per the Daily Mail.

The source adds that manager Brendan Rodgers is desperate for Leicester to sign a defender before the transfer window closes.

Souttar is an Australian international who has been at Stoke City since 2017.

He does want to move on and get back to top division football for the sake of his career.

Stoke may also be tempted to accept such a significant offer for their star defender.
