Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel is proud of how he and his teammates from Denmark national team dealt with a dispute with Federation.
Denmark suffered a heavy 3-0 loss in a friendly against Slovakia in a game where they outfielded amateurs as the entire senior squad was embroiled in a conflict with the Danish Football Federation over commercial rights.
However, when the agreement was found, the Danes beat Wales 2-0 in their first match in Nations League.
"I don't think you are going to find a more responsible group of players, not just players but people as this group here," Schmeichel said on the matter.
"We knew what was at stake, we knew the ins and outs of what has gone on."
