Leicester City have stepped up their push to sign Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare.

Foot Mercato says Leicester are in advanced talks to sign the youngster, despite competition from across Europe.

Everton and Wolves have made enquiries, along with AC Milan.

But the Foxes are well down the road to finding an agreement with LOSC for Soumare.

A Lille source says negotiations between the two clubs have progressed positively, as has Leicester's talks with Soumare's camp. His LOSC contract expires next summer.
