Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel admits he'll be happy to see the end of 2018.
But the keeper insists he has never been more motivated to excel for the Foxes as he comes to terms with the loss of the club's popular owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
He told the Mirror: "It's been a strange year. It's been great in so many respects and obviously been awful in so many others.
“In a way, I can't wait for the year to be over to try and turn the page and move on.
“I'll look back on this year with a lot of mixed feelings."
