Leicester goalkeeper Daniel Iversen linked with Rotherham

Leicester City goalkeeper Daniel Iversen is being linked with Rotherham United.

Iversen recorded an impressive 15 clean sheets in 42 League Two outings for Oldham last season and is now interesting the Millers.

“It's not a goalkeeping issue, because I've got two goalkeepers in the building, but I will definitely be signing a goalie," Rotherham boss Paul Warne told BBC Radio Sheffield's Football Heaven.

“I personally like under-23 goalkeepers, I like the way they are, I like the way they play, I like the fact they are more aggressive off their line and they can kick with both feet, which is crucial.

“If you get your loans right, great. The one that we all like is the one we want to wait for."

Asked if he was referring to Iversen, Warne added: “You know I'm not going to comment on that for obvious reasons, but he's definitely one of that type. I do like him. But it would be remiss to say."
