Leicester City are eyeing Brentford striker Bryan Mbeumo.

Foot Mercato says Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers is eager to boost his attacking options and has Mbeumo on his radar.

The 21 year-old moved to the Bees last summer from Troyes, viewing the switch as an intermediate step ahead of landing a Premier League transfer.

Leicester scouts have been impressed by Mbeumo's impact with Brentford and recommended his signing to Rodgers.

Last season, Mbeumo scored 15 goals and produced seven assists, building on his previous season with Troyes where he scored 10 goals in 35 games.
