Leicester City defender Ricardo Pereira has revealed new manager Brendan Rodgers believes in the team's potential.
The new Foxes boss watched City's 2-1 win over Brighton from the stands on Tuesday night before paying a visit to the dressing room.
Rodgers visited the home dressing room post-match to introduce himself to his new players and make his opening speech as manager.
"The manager is looking forward to working with us, he wants us to have a lot of quality and to improve us," said Portugal international Pereira.
“It was a good speech. He said good things are yet to come. He is looking for that from us.
“He said that we played a good game, but he thinks we will play better
“From what I heard, he is a good coach. He likes to play good football. I think with the quality we have here, he's going to be good for us.“
