Leicester defender Jonny Evans: We must learn from Man City defeat

Leicester City defender Jonny Evans says they must learn from defeat to Manchester City.

Leicester's first defeat in 12 matches sees them remain in second place in the Premier League standings, although Manchester City have narrowed the gap to a solitary point.

Reflecting on the encounter in Manchester, Evans, 31, told LCFC TV: "We felt we were a bit unfortunate at half-time. It was 2-1, we were still in the game. We got a goal against the run of play.

"They probably dominated the first half and created a lot of chances. Kasper [Schmeichel] made some good saves and once we scored the goal, they got two goals in quick succession."That was disappointing for us. They're a very good side, they made us work very hard and played some good football.

"I think it's something you've got to learn from. We'll go and analyse it and see where we can improve. The manager spoke at half-time about being braver on the ball and showing a bit more personality."
