Fuchs was a key member of Leicester's Premier League title winning season under Claudio Ranieri.
Asked to compare the two, he told talkSPORT: “It's hard to compare. What both did or are doing well is the man management part. These days it's one of the most important parts to understand your players.
“That you understand your players' personal life and might have private issues sometimes but if you understand that and you then get on top of that and get your players to buy in then you are on the winning streak. Brendan Rodgers has done that.
“In the 2015/16 season everything was off the charts. There was a time when I was pumped to give even more. I was on a yellow card suspension, not that I'm a nasty player but sometimes I just need to kick some people."
