Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana has revisited his row with St Etienne fans.

Fofana fell out with the ASSE support as he pushed to leave over the summer, accusing fans of bullying his kid sister at school.

He told Canal Football Club: "The supporters? They criticised me for not respecting the club, for only thinking about money, they criticised me for a lot of things. I stayed with my family, my friends, my agent, around me, so that as little as possible reached me.

"You cannot tell me that I disrespect Saint-Étienne. I have always done everything for the club, I made the efforts that the club asked me to do to prolong or play with pain. I still have them and I have always been committed to the jersey."
