Premier League clubs Crystal Palace and Leicester City reportedly have missed out on SM Caen midfielder Ngolo Kante.
According to Le 10 Sport, Kante is set for a £8million move to Marseille after they reached a verbal agreement with Caen.
The midfielder has been scouted by a number of English clubs this summer after impressing for Caen in Ligue 1 last term.
The 24-year-old arrives at the Stade Louis II as a direct replacement for Dimitri Payet, who is on the verge of a move to West Ham United.
