Leicester City captain Wes Morgan says the Premier League is wide open thanks to the stadium lockouts.
Brendan Rodgers' side are currently top of the table on 18 points after eight matches, with the reigning champions a point further back ahead of the return of the top flight after the international break.
Speaking to the Gary Newbon Sports Show, Morgan said: "Definitely the crowd plays a big effect.
"When we're at home the crowd is behind us and we've got the advantage, especially if things don't go the way we want them on the day, the crowd push you into that extra gear needed to get something out the game.
"But with that not there, it's more of an even playing field for playing away and home, which is very interesting to watch this season because that's the first time that's ever happened.
"We all want the fans to be back, sooner the better, hopefully we can start getting crowds into the stadiums at some point in the near future but in the meantime I feel it's definitely an even playing field for all teams at the moment and the stats show that."
