Leicester boss Rodgers rubbishes Arsenal interest in Maddison: Not one bid or enquiry

Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has rubbished claims of an Arsenal offer for James Maddison.

The attacking midfielder has been linked with a move away from the Foxes this summer, with the London club mentioned as a destination.

However, his manager Rodgers believes Maddison is fully committed to the club, while he suggests no bid or inquiry came in for the creative star.

He said: "There have been things this year around James (Maddison), but the reality of that is it was all paper talk, gossip, because there was never an enquiry, never a bid.

"There was no drama there."
