Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers defended Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah.
The striker received his marching orders for a reckless tackle during the two teams' 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
But Rodgers did not believe that Nketiah made that tackle with any intention of hurting his opponent.
Arsenal were disappointed at the decision, which came after the referee consulted video evidence.
Rodgers told BBC Sport after the game: "It was a red card.
"I don't think the kid meant it, he was stretching for it but the studs were up. I think they made the right decision."
