Leicester boss Rodgers admits Dewsbury-Hall in next season plans

Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers admits Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is in his plans for next season.

Dewsbury-Hall will be one of those to return, with Rodgers praising the academy graduate's performances at Luton this season, the 22-year-old earning multiple player of the month awards for the Hatters, while ranking among the most progressive midfielders in the division.

Rodgers said: “Of course we need to test one or two, but there's going to be a few of the players that I would like to bring back here to assess and look at over these last few weeks.

“But I'm also mindful they've been playing long seasons, 46 games, and that will have been a real challenge for them.

“A lot of the boys will be finished come after the weekend, and then there will be one or two we'll get back in to have a look at as well."

He added on Dewsbury-Hall: “He's done very, very well. He'll be one of the players I'll be looking to bring back in."
