Leicester City boss Claude Puel was delighted with their 4-1 friendly win at Notts County.
City came from behind to win comfortably with goals from Wes Morgan, Hamza Choudhury, Demarai Gray and Islam Slimani.
“It was our first friendly game and we played a good opponent with good intensity and tempo," he said.
“They played with quickness and at the start it was a little difficult for us.
“We conceded a goal through a mistake and it was important to correct this, but I am happy with the performance because we played with a good tempo and consistency.
“We played on the floor and between the lines, and we did some good pressing. Some players were tired but that is good because we worked a lot. I am happy with the performance during the whole 90 minutes."
