Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca heaped praise on his Liverpool counterpart.

The former Manchester City first team coach outlined the improvements the Reds have made in the off-season.

Maresca believes that Jurgen Klopp has built the best counter-attacking team in the world at Anfield.

“They have some new players but in terms of transition and work off the ball, they have probably been the best team in the world for the last seven years," said Maresca to reporters.

“So now, even if they have new players, they just need time to adapt and then they will go again.

“Anfield will be a good environment for us."
