Leicester City are battling to make progress in new contract talks with Youri Tielemans.
The Leicester Mercury says City have been in talks with the midfielder for some time, but Tielemans is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal at the King Power Stadium.
Should that remain the case, then he will have just one year remaining on his deal in the summer, something which could force City to cash in.
He said earlier this season: "As long as I'm here, I'm going to give everything to the club, I have already done so, but I'm going to give even more.
"The contract situation is just something that is going on in football. It's just a normal situation. There are talks going on. I'm not saying I'm going to sign, but I'm not saying I'm not going to sign."
