Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy has labeled his teammates Danny Drinkwater and N'Golo Kante as the unsung heroes in the club's successful run this season.
The 28-year-old believes that Drinkwater is like a puppet master who pulls all the strings in the Foxes midfield.
Vardy told Sky Sports: "Everyone said we were a hard-working team, and that shows on the pitch, but we have some quality in the team too. Riyad [Mahrez] has started brilliantly, I've managed to get some goals to my name.
"But there are some unsung heroes who do not get a mention, Drinky [Danny Drinkwater] and [N'Golo] Kante in midfield, and the back four. It's going from strength to strength.
"Drinky is like the puppet master, he wants to pull all the strings and it works for us. He's brilliant on the ball, has great vision for a pass."
