Leganes have announced general director Martin Ortega has tested positive for coronavirus.

The club also stated that all those who had come in direct contact with him have self-isolated as a precaution.

The first-team squad and coaching staff haven't been in direct contact with Ortega, but all club activity, including training, has been suspended for the time being.

Ortega himself is in a good condition and will receive the medical all-clear to return home to self-quarantine on Friday morning.
