A Spanish sports lawyer says local football authorities need to get hold of tapping accusations.

Atletico Madrid have reported Barcelona to FIFA over their claims of unsettling Antoine Griezmann.

However, legal expert Juan de Dios Crespo told Radio Marca that this isn't a case for FIFA.

He explained: "The Griezmann case has nothing to do with that of (Philippe) Mexes.

"In this case, it is necessary to apply the rules of our RFEF (the Spanish Federation) and not those of FIFA because they are two Spanish clubs."
