Leeds United are wrapping up a deal for Fulham youngster Cody Drameh.
The Daily Mail says a financial package that could reach close to £1million if clauses are met was agreed by the two newly-promoted clubs on Thursday night.
Leeds began negotiations with a £400,000 offer but talks then moved quickly for a player who has entered the final 12 months of his contract at Craven Cottage.
Drameh, an England Under 18 international, has impressed for Fulham's Under 23 side from right back but had not yet been handed a professional debut by Scott Parker.
Leeds are willing to offer the 18-year-old a chance to develop with the first team rather than send him on loan, and the deal is believed to include a 20 per cent sell-on clause.
