Leeds United have confirmed that Nicky Ajose has joined League One club Crewe Alexandra on loan.
The 23-year old striker heads to Gresty Road on an emergency loan deal which will last until January 5.
Ajose joined Leeds from Peterborough United in the summer but has managed just four appearances for the West Yorkshire club since arriving at Elland Road.
The former Manchester United youth counts Bury, Chesterfield, Crawley Town and Swindon Town as some of his former loan clubs.
