Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa spoke about his conversation with Eddie Nketiah ahead of his club debut.
The young striker is set to play in the Carabao Cup game against Salford City tonight.
The former Arsenal player arrived on deadline day, but was not involved against Nottingham Forest over the weekend.
Fans are excited to see what qualities he can bring to the team.
"The most important thing with Nketiah is that he is a special player and he doesn't need a lot of instructions to follow his style of game," Bielsa told Sky Sports.
"He's a striker and the team will accommodate him, rather than him accommodating to the team."
