Leeds United had submitted a last minute offer for Sunderland forward Joe Hugill.

Hugill, 16, is set to join Manchester United according to multiple reports in the UK.

Football Insidersays Leeds were one of the clubs interested in signing the talented youngster.

Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Wolves were also interested.

It is believed United will part with £300,000 to the Black Cats.
